Shipping Policy || Returns and Exchanges
Turnaround and Shipping:
All in stock orders will ship or be ready for porch pick-up within 2-3 business days. We will notify you throughout the process keeping you up to date on when your item is processed and shipped.
Returns and Exchanges:
Our store policy allows a refund within 5 days of delivery and exchange/store credit within 10 days of delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible within that five day period so we can best assist you. No credits or exchanges will be given after the 30 day period. Jewelry, leggings, masks, and other personal items will not be available for returns. Clearance items are final sale.
Items must be in original condition. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items returned not in the original condition will not be accepted. Once your return has been accepted and processed, the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
